Terms of service
These terms are written in plain English on purpose. A formal review by an Australian lawyer is underway before launch; if the two ever differ, consumer law wins — as it should.
What you're buying
A monthly subscription to sports betting analysis and selections, delivered via Discord, for entertainment. We are not a bookmaker and never handle bets or betting money. Nothing we publish is financial advice or a promise of profit.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or over. This service is built for Australian residents; if you subscribe from elsewhere, local law is on you.
Trial and billing
7-day free trial, card required, $100 AUD charged on day 8 and monthly after. Reminder emails before the first charge. Cancel online from the billing portal; access runs to the end of the paid period. We are not currently registered for GST; if registration is ever required, the advertised price will not change.
Refunds
Your first charge is refundable on request, no questions. After that, cancellation stops future charges rather than refunding the current month. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
The content
Tips are our opinion of a price at a moment in time. Odds move, and we don't warrant you'll obtain any advised price. The ledger records what we advised and where the market closed; it is provided as-is and never edited to flatter us.
Fair use
One subscription is for one person. Redistributing tips — pasting them into other groups, feeds or services — is the one thing that gets an account closed without a refund, because it damages every other subscriber's price.
Liability
You bet with your own money at your own risk with bookmakers we have no relationship with. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for betting losses, missed prices, delivery hiccups or acts of your bookmaker. To the extent it doesn't, the Refunds clause's last sentence applies.
Changes
We can change these terms with 30 days' notice by email. Price changes never apply to an already-paid period.
